What this site collects
Nothing, unless you send a form. There are no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or third-party embeds, and no cookies are set. Fonts and images are served from this site. The quote list you build and your appearance preference (light or dark) are stored only in your own browser, on your device; the quote list is sent to us only when you submit a request.
When you send a quote, service, demo or consultation request we collect what you type: your name, role, facility or organisation, country, email and phone number, the equipment you are asking about, tender reference and deadline if you give them, and your message. Please do not include patient information in any form.
Why, and on what basis
To respond to your request and, if it leads to an order, to fulfil it. The lawful basis is the steps needed to enter into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately agree.
Who receives it
- Our staff handling sales and service.
- Our website host, DigitalOcean, on whose server in New York, United States, requests are stored.
- If you choose “Continue on WhatsApp”, the text of your quote list is sent to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under WhatsApp’s own terms.
Tender references and deadlines are treated as confidential and are not shared with the manufacturer or any other party without your agreement.
Transfers between countries
Requests sent through this site are stored on our server in the United States, with access limited to CraftEdge staff.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to them. Records relating to an order are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our use of it, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to the data protection contact above; we respond within the time the law allows.
Security
Forms are sent over HTTPS only, checked on our servers, rate-limited, and stored with access limited to the people who need them. See how to verify a message is from us.
